Why the rebranding? Why Toad and the Moon?
As a child,I used to call my big brother, 'Toads' - it came from my love of The Wind in the Willows and the character, Toad of Toad Hall - Tony 'hated' being called Toad of Toad Hall, so I shortened it to Toad(s). He truly was the most beautiful soul I have ever known. So special in so many ways - in the words of Don McLean, 'This world was never meant for one as beasutiful as you'. My Toads passed away a few years ago and my heart aches every day with a sorrow, the likes of which I have never known.
My 'baby sister' (16 years younger than me) always loved the moon. When she was little, she would say to me, "I love you right up a moon and stars". She is a free sprited, magical being - an inspiration to me. I love her and her wild and wonderful moon children, with all my heart and soul.

I am a 'survivor' (I use this term loosely, as I don't feel as this word expresses my reality per se), of breast cancer. Facing your own mortality, as a resident in a different country, away from your family and friends, it changed me. It awakened me - the real me...and so...
I decided to 'rebrand' my 'BellesHearts' business to reflect the real me. To stay true to myself: I am an empathetic, deep feeling, artsy, soulful AuDHD (and many other letters too!) mama of 4 incredible humans. I love enchantment and fantasy; nature and Her gifts, and have a pretty eclectic, freely Bohemian vibe. I am the 'oddball', the one who has never fit the mold. As I get older, I realize that's ok. I don't need to be what others expect me to be, I will be true to myself as I am the one living inside my head.
I was made to create, and thanks to my neurodivergence, I have mastered many skills throughout my life and always love learning new ones.
